Singer Máirtín de Cógáin is a 2-time Irish National Storytelling Competition winner who comes from West Cork, where traditional music and storytelling thrive. The dance music of the Sliabh Luachra region of Ireland (which includes parts of Cork and Kerry) is unmistakable for it's wonderful bounce that makes you want to dance. The music of the region is best known for fast slides and polkas.
