Original and traditional songs from Tommy Sands, aka The Songman. Tommy's career-spanning theme and message of peace and tolerance ring through with clarity as strongly in this album as in the early albums inspired by The Troubles. Where his song There Were Roses defined the tragic nature of the Troubles, Let The Circle Be Wide defines the optimism of peace and unity through tolerance and understanding. Moya and Fionan add wonderful accompaniment and vocals, complimenting their father perfectly. Fantastic, uplifting album.
